Regular Day:
1 cup fruit and maple oatmeal
1 mango pineapple smoothie
1 bag of popcorn
1 cup of salsa and chips
2 Tofurky italian sausages on whole wheat bread (meatless)
1 bowl of strawberries
1 handful of grapes
