1 mango pineapple smoothie
2 raisin cream pies
12 oz of blackberries
16 oz of strawberries
2 pieces of fried tilapia (no corn meal)
1 piece of whole grain bread
1 cup of jif to go peanut butter
3 kosher dill halves
