What I ate today:

12 oz of blackberries
6 oz of strawberries
2 bowls of special K fruit and yogurt cereal
1 shrimp po' boy sandwich from captain d's
2 1.5 oz cups of jif peanut butter
handful of grapes

Where I went wrong:

finished a half eaten bag of ruffles molten hot wing potato chips
